About the role

As an Operations Agent, you are responsible for booking shipments, planning and monitoring daily flights. Together with a small and dedicated team, you ensure that operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Because of our team size, clear communication, flexibility and ownership are key in this role.

Your responsibilities

– Communication with customers, airlines, ground handlers, truckers and other suppliers

– Planning, coordinating and monitoring daily flight operations

– Handling operational disruptions and finding solutions in real-time

– Back-office tasks such as post-flighting and invoicing

– Ensuring smooth operational flow and high service quality

Who you are

– Strong communication skills and good command of English

– Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

– Well-organised and able to handle multiple tasks

– Team player with a hands-on mentality

– Experience in air cargo, logistics or aviation is a plus

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm.

About the role

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. You act as the key link between customers and the organization and know how to translate commercial opportunities into successful partnerships. With your strong communication skills, you convince customers in a professional and pleasant, non-pushy manner.

Key responsibilities

• Actively acquiring new customers and following up on sales leads
• Maintaining customer contact and visiting (prospective) clients
• Quoting and negotiating rates
• Conducting market research and identifying commercial opportunities
• Recording and analyzing commercial data and reports
• Networking and maintaining relevant business contacts

Key skills & competencies

• You have experience in a commercial (B2B) sales role
• You have proven experience in the air freight / air cargo industry
• You are able to work independently, take initiative, and are results-driven
• You have strong negotiation and analytical skills
• You are able to act quickly and remain effective under pressure
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
